The field covers on the synthesis of the traditional view and new theories of firms. The emphasis will be on factors that influence the economic market structure and their impact on firms’ behavior. This includes a coherent analytical framework that encompasses the business stakeholders.  The field also focuses on the impact of business strategic decision making and its implication toward the economy of a country. It aims at training the research students to integrate the economic and business aspects in decision making. Research students will be exposed to attending appropriate research classes as well as conducting research activities under the professional supervision of respective research expert in this field.
