NUTRITIONAL SCIENCES

The field of Nutritional Sciences focuses on nutritional studies and dietary practices for maintaining human health. It emphasizes on requirements, metabolisms and role of nutrients, nutrition and physical activity. The field also covers the use of the latest laboratory methods in food chemistry, food safety, nutritional biochemistry and clinical nutrition.  Students will acquire competency in critiquing publications, manuscript preparation and seminar presentations.
