February 22^nd, 2023, Serdang - The School of Graduate Studies (SGS) has received its second benchmarking visit for the year the Institute of Postgraduate Studies (IPS) Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) in discussing matters related to improvising postgraduates’ management procedures. The delegate was led by the Deputy Dean of IPS, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Raihana Zahirah Edros, accompanied by two (2) senior officers of IPS; Dr. Siti Umairah Mokhtar dan Dr. Noorazliza Sulaiman.

The team was welcomed by the Dean of SGS; Prof. Dr. Zalilah Mohd Shariff, the Deputy Registrar; Mrs. Norhasliza Hassan, as well as the present officers of SGS. This was apparently the first visit made by the postgraduate management department to SGS, UPM. The agenda was the followed with the briefing by oleh Prof.Dr. Zalilah and all the Head of Units of SGS regarding the corporate details as well as the current services offered by SGS to the students. The delegate’s attention was captivated by several systems that were developed by UPM during the widespread of Covid19, hence questions were given to deepen their understanding regarding the applications.

The delegates were then brought to visit the workstation of each unit in SGS and served with a light lunch before continuing with the photography session.
