Occupational Safety and Health Management Office (PPKKP / OSH) has conducted a workplace inspection at the School of Graduate Studies (SPS) on the COVID-19 Preventive Monitoring Scope on 17 November 2021, last Wednesday. The COVID-19 prevention action that have been measures are:
- Monitoring of COVID-19 Infectious Risk Assessment for physical presence
- Availability of Body Temperature Screening Counters
- Ease of body temperature gauge
- Visitor record
- Hand sanitizer facilities in public
- Install MySejahtera QR Code at the appropriate location.
- Install UPM COVID-19 Tracking QR Code at the appropriate location.
- Provider / Contractor / Visitors control actions
- Compliance practices among present staff: 3W (wash, wear and warn), 3C (crowded places, confined space, and close conversation)
- Staff aware of emergency action in case of contact with suspected COVID-19
It is conducted at 9.00 am by 2 officers from the First Aid Unit (UBM), OSH and Mrs. Norazizah Haron (Science Officer, Faculty of Science) and accompanied by all SGS Jawatankuasa Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (JKKP) committees.
